🦁 Lions Club of New Horizon Gandhidham Board cum General Meeting Report 📍 Venue: Banarasi Chai Wali Restaurant 🗓 Date: 17th July 2025 The Lions Club of New Horizon Gandhidham held its first Board cum General Meeting of the new term where 30 enthusiastic members gathered to begin the journey of service and togetherness for the year ahead. The meeting commenced with a warm welcome speech by the new President Ln. Neha Gor Thakar, who set the tone for the coming year's spirit of unity and service. Following this, Secretary Ln. Seema Bhowmick read the Flag Salutation and presented the Secretarial Report detailing all recently completed projects. The outgoing Treasurer Ln. Nilam Bilandani officially handed over the previous year's financial balance to the incoming Treasurer Ln. Deepmala Jagesia, who also began collecting membership fees from members during the meeting. President Neha shared the vision for upcoming projects, detailed how they will be executed in the coming months, and distributed this year’s *MEMBERS DIRECTORY and theme pins* to all members. She also introduced new members and explained important aspects of project planning and financial transparency. A special moment of appreciation was held for the first and second members who paid their fees proactively, who were felicitated by the President with pins as a token of appreciation. Also she organised ballon game for all members to set our club on high level at any cost. Tail Twister Ln. Purvi Chokshi added a fun-filled twist to the meeting with a lively game, where chocolates were distributed as prizes to winners—bringing joy and laughter to all. 🎂 Following the activity, the club celebrated the birthday of our dear member Ln. Bhavika Hinduja with a delightful cake-cutting ceremony, making the moment even more memorable for all attendees. Past Presidents and senior members took the opportunity to share their valuable experiences and guided the new team with insightful suggestions for impactful service. The meeting concluded with everyone pledging to serve the community wholeheartedly under the club’s 2025–26 theme: “PRANAY – Spread the Love”, not only through service but also by strengthening bonds with family, friends, and the larger society. 💐 Meeting Sponsors: Ln.
